Handmade Cards:

As every card is individually handmade slight variations may occur. Each card comes complete with an envelope or gift box.

Some of our cards are unsuitable for handling by children under 3 years.

If for any reason we are unable to process your order, you will be notified by return of email.

Wedding Stationery:

Once confirmation of an order has been received a 40% deposit of the total order value is required before any work is undertaken. This is non refundable after 7 days of receipt. The balance is to be paid on collection/delivery of the completed order. All wedding stationery wording will be emailed and once proof read and confirmation has been received, no alterations can be made.

Easel Hire:

The Hirer is responsible for the Easel from time of delivery until collection and shall not sell, pledge, keep or otherwise deal with or part possession with the Easel.

When breakages or losses arise, no substitute items can be accepted. Hirers are responsible for breakages and losses which will be charged at replacement cost. A delivery and collection charge will be made as agreed at the time of the order with extra for deliveries outside normal working hours.

In addition to the Hire Charge a deposit of £150.00 will be required to cover replacement costs in the event of any damage or loss. This is fully refundable when the easel has been returned in its original condition.


All prices on the website are excluding postage.

We reserve the right to change the prices of the products at any time.

Ordering and Payments:

You can order by email and pay by cheque, where shown paypal is also accepted. We only accept cheques in GBR Pounds Sterling from UK banks. Your order will not be dispatched until the cheque has cleared.

Delivery, Postage and Packing:

UK Delivery Only:
Standard Delivery - First Class Royal Mail. Your order is usually posted within 2-3 working days of payment being received (Monday to Friday). All orders are suitably packaged and sent via first class post (with proof of posting). Delivery normally takes between 1-2 days but you need to allow up to 7 days for your order to arrive.

Roses & Ribbons is committed to protecting your privacy. Any identifiable information that you share with us is kept in strict confidence and is not traded, sold or given to any other party for any reason not directly related to fulfilling your order.

We do not send unsolicited or “spam” e-mail. Your e-mail address will only be used to send order confirmations, thank you messages, and to request feedback after you have placed an order.


If for any reason you are not satisfied with the items you have purchased, simply contact us by email at sales@rosesandribbons.com, explaining your reason and return the product with proof of posting to us within 10 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding return postage). All goods must be returned in original and unused condition.
